When I bought my 325i, the deal was so good, and the car drove so well, that there were some questions I forgot to ask...

Namely, is it bluetooth compatible. So now onto the stupid question of the week or maybe even month...

Is there a way to find out if I can use a bluetooth phone in my car w/o buying the phone first...

+1. It should also be prewired for bluetooth, so you can still get it dealer installed I believe if it is not there. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Not sure if this site still works, I can't access it from work, worth trying out:

That does tell me the model, body and engine type, production date, and that it is left hand drive, but not much else.

it doesn't look as if this car has BT - but limited info is available as it's a Canadian car.

It's going in for the oil sensor problem Monday anyway, I guess they would be the people to ask in the first place. It would be nice to have, but not something I'm likely to pay to add-on.

Parrot makes Bluetooth kits for many cars. I don't know how well it would integrate into a BMW, but it's worth looking into. Google it.
