I have a '97 328i with the spoiler led brake lights.
Don't know price of a new one, but My sisters Maxima light cost $220.
So, anyone pulled the spoiler one apart and replaced led's?
Maxima one is glued together and my sister prefers it not working than chopped up. My plan for her is to find one broken and replace the led's or resistors, as needed.
Mine has two led's working, so I know it is getting juice to the spoiler.

Did youcheck realoem.com . It'll give you the part # and list price and you can go from there. Nvrmnd, I looked and they didn't list it for my car.

I replaced mine, which was lite with light bulbs (only three worked, and it could be diassembled and bulbs replaced), with the LED setup. www.bavauto.com (http://www.bavauto.com) has them, but believe it or not, my $tealer sold it to me cheaper. The part number is at home, but your dealer has it. It has to be ordered. Mine has worked great for three years!
