So I'm installing new pulleys and belt and took all the old stuff and have all the new pulleys on. I go to put the belt on and something looks very wrong.

This is how it did look..notice how the two circled tensioners are spread apart.

Now this is what I am currently looking at. They are both right on top of each other so I can't run the new belt between them. I have no clue how it is like this and I have tried moving them but they don't budge. wtf happened?!

What was wrong with it? haha

You have to move the tensioner to put the belt on. Once you get the belt on again, it'll look just like it did before you took the belt off. The arc of the tensioner puts it right up against the idler whenthe belt is off.

Glad you got if figured out. What kind of pulleys did you go with?

They're oem. Just replaced them cuz they were squeeking.
