98 328i and my blinkers dont work nor do my hazards. They dont even come on on the instrument cluster display. I have checked fuses and they are all good and getting power so im guessing that its a relay but i dont know which one it is in the fuse box, does anyone know?

Did you replace your blinker fluid?

do you have any other issues with the car? anything with the radio? do the steering wheel controls still work?

could be a failed lamp module, or maybe something is bringing down the K-bus.

How about the flasher unit itself? Although most newer cars have a separate ones for the directionals and hazards.

It's either the flasher relay or the hazard switch (in the center console). I had this problem not too long ago....Used my hazards to check my turn signal bulbs then clicked them off. Next time I tried to use my turn signals, nothing. After some searching and reading, I decided to replace the hazard switch and voila, all fixed.

I bought mine at Pelicanparts by the way.

Run a search, there's been quite a few threads on this issue.
