just got back from Farifax Co. VA court and here's the deal: lowered from 98 in a 55 to 90 in a 55 with no speed contest charge, $272 fine, (and $750 in Lawyer fees) and suspended Liscence for 2 months forllowed by 4 months restricted liscence....6 negative points for the ticket and 5 positive points for willingly taking the driver's improvent course and good behaivior so hopefully effectively reduced to 1 point because VA works on negative and positive points balances....although I don't know how this translates into MD....but most importantly, I get to keep the LTW and I didn't go to jail:D :alright ! In Fairfax Co. they really take this s*it seriously and I saw the judge throw folks in jail left and right like Henry VIII cutting off heads!

So now I need to buy or borrow a slow/inconspicous vehicle temporarily...can anyone help me here because I need it quick....I can't keep driving a track modified M3 LTW around on a suspended liscence in VA (were I work) for the next 2 months because although I won't be speeding, the car still attracts too much attention as it is. I would be willing to do a trade or something for the week or put the LTW up as collateral if it came to it....I just need to figure this out ASAP....thanks.

Typically a suspended license has a provision that allows you to drive to and from work.
