Basically as you've labeled them and have them shown in your example, yes, that is correct.

In my car there was 3 wires going to the corner lights. Green (12V+ for turn signals and hazards), gray w/ purple or yellow stripe (depending on which side of car you look at) for parking lights, and brown for ground. If you are wiring up city lights you should tap into the parking light wires, not the turn signal/hazard wires. The 4-pin connector running into the back of the headlight on my car has yellow (low beams), white (high beams), gray (city lights), and brown (ground). When I wired my angel eyes, I took the gray city light wire coming from the headlight and spliced it into the gray/purple or gray/yellow wires going into the corners so that they come on with the parking lights. Does any of that help? I know your colors may be different but maybe this will give you a better idea of what you're going for?
edit: Looking at your drawing I think you have it right, I just didn't understand the picture at first.

just to verify for you, when i did mine on my 96 328is yesterday, the left (if look head on with the car) the parking light wire was yellow/gray, on the right side it was purple/gray. also the angel eye/city light wire was gray on my headlights.
