It's a brand new genuine Garrett T3/T4 Turbo. W/T31 turbine wheel on a .63 turbine housing. T04E compressor, 57 or 60 trim.

Im alittle hazy on numbers.

Thats basically what I'm using. Make sure you run a large wastegate so you can vent the extra exhaust. With a .63 AR exhaust side, you will have little lag.
Some people would rather run a straight T4 turbo and save a few dollars on the wastegate. I prefer to run a large wastegate, so I can have better response and also dial the boost down to 5 psi if I want.

If you are running a low compression ratio, you can get away with a smaller wastegate. I might just lower my CR so I can run higher boost right from the start....haven't decided yet if this is something I want to market and sell as a kit.
