My mom's car is up for sale! NOW WITH ACTUAL LIGHT PICTURES!

2001 525i Steptronic
90k miles
Black/tan
$11,500 OBO

Has heated seats, 60/40 split fold down rear seats, don't really know what other options were avaliable. I believe the Steptronic was an option as opposed to a regular automatic, but I don't really know.

The good:
NEVER modded
Everything works perfectly (windows, sunroof, radio, AC, mirrors, etc)
NO dead pixels anywhere
Starts and runs perfectly/Tranny shifts perfectly (car's in PERFECT mechanical condition)
NO rips or tears, NO significant seat wear anywhere, NO chipped glass, sagging door bits, etc

The bad:
ALL MINOR STUFF!
Both front cupholders are broken
Needs to be detailed (not a big deal, may be taken care of this weekend)
Needs a new passenger side skirt
Chipped front roundel
Some rock chipping in the front (highway miles)
Needs the rear view mirrror to be hooked back up
Needs a new drivers side turn signal in the front (may do this too)
Has some sort of small burn mark on the passenger headliner above the door, I guess the PO did that.

PICTURES! The exterior pics and the first interior pic is a bit dark and somewhat blurry, because the flash was off (stupid me), but I'll retake if anyone is interested for me to.

NOTE THAT the white mark on the driver side door has been cleaned up, and the junk visible in some of the interior pics has been cleaned out somewhat. Also in these pictures the car is very dirty, and right now that is unavoidable. The road from our home into town has begun construction and there's a fog of dirt and smoke that looms in the area, not to mention the 1/8th mile of dirt road and the road that is torn up that you need to drive down to get onto this dirt road area. I could wash the car daily and it would look like this, so what's the point? The dirt isn't acid and it's not going to take paint off or something, so until it's possible to make it stay clean for any amount of time, it's dirty.

Updated with pictures, although I'll have to retake them tomorrow due to the lighting.

Nice car, but if you clean it up a little it would look so much better.

Yeah, give it a good cleaning!

If that one climate control button won't clean up you can get a replacement from me.

All the buttons will clean up, it's just a matter of me getting out there with a can of aerosol, some interior wipes and maybe a 3 figure bill to get the whole mofo detailed in and out. It's in amazing condition, and definitely won't be sold or shipped before it can be sent or driven away spotless. Well, maybe aside from the sideskirt panel thing.

What happened to her rearview mirror?

What happened to her rearview mirror?

To be one hundred and ten percent honest, I have NO idea. From what I remember her telling me, she was adjusting it and it came off, maybe the previous owner beat on it or something. If I knew how to reconnect it myself I would, but it looks like we might end up taking it to a local place to have them fix it. I ghetto-ly tried to pop it back on, assuming that the disconnected wiring would just stop the alarm blinker from blinking, but it didn't work, so I didn't force it.

That will probably be taken care of before the car is sold.

Negative, I decided to keep it.... then I decided to sell it again. In fact, I posted another thread for it tonight.
