Hello, I have a rust free 73 2002 which i planned to finish restoring and then eventually auto cross. I unfortunately no longer have time to finish it. The car is a great project for anyone looking to race. I really wish i had the time to finish it but unfortunately i don't. The motor runs good but i am at a stand still as of right now because whoever put the motor together originally mismatched parts from a newer M and the cam timing isn't exactly right. The car still runs and drives fine but doesn't have much bottom end power its all at the top. I am not very familiar with these motors and i don't have the time to look into it. So my loss is your gain. Shoot me an offer the car really is nice and just needs someone to love it. here are some pics. Thank you, Alexhttp://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff102/bmwe34540i/100_1047.jpghttp://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff102/bmwe34540i/100_1052.jpghttp://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff102/bmwe34540i/100_1048.jpghttp://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff102/bmwe34540i/100_1077.jpghttp://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff102/bmwe34540i/100_1076.jpg

TN318 said he was buying it for $2300 but i haven't seen any money. The car is still technically for sale. If someone wants to offer my a dollar more then what he did its theirs. I just need to break even on it. Thanks
