I was wondering how much fabrication/splicing/etc was needed to add the E36 amp to a late E31. Searching on the fly, it *appears* to be a drop in replacement.

Also, to retain the CD changer, I know I need to get a new bus wire. However, will the new bus wire connect to the changer directly or will an adaptor be needed?

In adjunct, is this the proper "E36 HK Amp" often aforementioned? Thanks!
