Here is one I have for sale...

BTW Are the options the same for 02 vs. 03? I am trying to figure out what this one has. I've heard conflicting reports about the 4.6. Some say there are only two options other say otherwise. Can anyone help?

Damn, I just had an Imola on Titanium Silver 4.6is in the showroom, but it was delivered today! Oh well.

Options for 2003 4.6is as follows..

1. Rear Door Mounted Side Impact Airbag: $385

2. Retractable Load Floor: $380

3. On-Board Navigation System: $1,800

:)

I think it needs thicker side moldings, the thin moldings make the X5 look weak :(...this goes for all X5, not just 4.6is....

...and it needs more agressive mirrors to distinguish it from the 4.4i and 3.0i

I know its all about performance, but it doesn't look special from the outside compared to the 3.0 or the 4.4...

when I see any BMW M, they all look special from first glance...

Really? You don't like it on the X? I think it looks hot! I'll always pick Jet black over any other color,I might consider a steel gray, but It would probaly only ever be a consideration and nothing more, lol.

No you have to see it in person, it looks good. But not as good as on my roadster. :stickoutt

Maybe lighting is bad in that picture, but it just doesn't help the lines flow and seems too light for the x5

Don't worry, the picture is way off.

Lighting is everything with Estoril.

Yes, I had no idea, that was Estoril...seems darker on the x5 than on the m3...two people in my neighborhood have that color x5...although I think one of them is a 4.4i...:dunno

I still like black...I'm a little biased ;)

Estoril is only offered on the 4.6is

The blue you're talking about is Topaz blue..darker than estoril.

BTW, that first pic of the estoril 4.6is is horribly washed out and doesn't show the color well at all.

I tried and tried to get the moms to go for a Estoril 4.6... Now shes kicking herself not... O well Dinan has plenty of goodies out now for the 4.4... It would have been nice tho having 2 Estorils in the family... Maybe even another after I pick up the M Coupe sometime in the near future
