There is a lot of info below just because I am picky and like to know details so I tried to be pretty detailed. Price is listed below but I am going to take the best offer. Non-Smoker (Me that is--Previous owner(s) I believe did so it has some previous signs but I have cleaned it up pretty good)

6 disc CD changer in trunk
Michelin tires (probably well over 50% tread left)

The skinny: I bought it about 5 years ago with 73,000 miles on it. The miles I have added are from my 200-mile a day commute I did for about two years. This car is bone stock except for the upgraded aluminum thermostat and battery. I have all records of service done while I have owned it. I have an OEM M3 front bumper that I can include, along with the parts mentioned below, for the right price.
I have never run a carfax but to my knowledge, the car has a clean title and all panels match (I can verify for serious buyer). I believe the previous owner was in a rear-end accident. Instead of replacing the trunk lid, they used bondo to repair it and it is starting to pop through the paint. I have another trunk lid I got to replace it with that has an OEM spoiler. Just never got around to it. There is a little rust behind the rear panels next to the tail lights but most everyone who has looked at it (body shops) believes it is nothing major and pretty normal for that area and can be fixed easily. EDIT: Someone has run the carfax and found something I forgot about so I thought I would post it for the benefit of all others (thanks Stoggs!). It shows a front end accident in 2003. That was me. I hit a tire on the interstate and it damaged the front bumper, electric fan, fog lights, and splash panel under the radiator. All parts have since been replaced. It was nothing serious from a mechanical/frame stand point but it sure did tear up my plastic panels! I actually didn’t replace the front bumper until I hit the raccoon (as mentioned below) because it wasn’t noticeable except up close.
The interior, besides the drivers seat leather, is in pretty good condition considering the age/miles. The rear seats have barely been used.
I have had no major issues mechanically. The engine still runs smooth and strong. Would make a great project car or beater/first car for someone.

Issues: I will list everything I can think of large or small.
Interior:
Ø Drivers seat bolster is tearing at the seam (about 4 or 5 inches)
Ø Light behind odometer is out (can still read it though)
Ø Front component speakers need to be replaced
Exterior:
Ø Front driver’s side grill insert is broken. It will stay in place but if you put major pressure on it, it will pop out. (It hasn’t fallen out in months and I drive it on the interstate every weekend)
Ø Grill surround needs to be replaced (the part that holds the grills; dented on the passenger side) I have one from the 95-96 models if you want it.
Ø Hood shocks need to be replaced
Ø Rear bumper needs to be re-set
Ø The paint is ok I would say. I was going to have it repainted because I am fussy but most of the paint still looks good. The clear is chipping on the grill surround (does not really matter since it needs replacing) and the front passenger fender. Front bumper and passenger door (keyed) repainted about 10k miles ago. Body shop did an excellent job. The hood could use repainting just from a mileage wear and tear standpoint. The trunk from the above-mentioned wreck definitely needs repainting; probably better to just replace it (I have one if you want it).
Ø Front bumper trim pops out. The bumper was replaced about 10K ago from a raccoon I ran over in the road but the old trim was used. It may just need new trim.
Ø Drivers side break light has a small crack
Ø Trunk roundel needs replacing
Ø Some dings/rock chips as expected for 168K miles
Ø Some dents on hood
Engine/Mechanical:
Ø Cold start air pump and switch need to be replaced
All this information is too my knowledge of course. Its really has been a wonderful car; I am probably just being picky with most of these issues. I would of course recommend having it inspected by a mechanic of your choice. If any other issues that I am not aware of arise, the price can be adjusted to reflect that. I tried to use the low end of quoted values, but it is still OBO.
