I tried to install some LED brakelights. One of them was blinking and after several attempts to see what the problem was, both started to show a brake light out warning.

I removed the LED's but I am still getting the warning even after putting the old bulbs back in.

I found the bulletin about installing an extra ground but is that really necessary? Why are the original bulbs now throwing a warning?

Any ideas?
