Had to come to MA for a family emergency. Without his snowmobile suit and plow attachment for the truck. :( M3Bill 01-14-2008, 11:02 AM Without his snowmobile suit and plow attachment for the truck. :( I was surprised at how well the truck just did in the snow. Having the bed full of snow really helps traction! kendogg 01-14-2008, 12:11 PM 1060 miles. Had to come to MA for a family emergency. I was surprised at how well the truck just did in the snow. Having the bed full of snow really helps traction! Sorry to hear that Bill. Best of luck. And yes, snow gets very, very heavy, especially once it settles and more snow gets ontop of that ;) LoveLEE143 01-14-2008, 12:12 PM Shoveling snow is not as bad as breaking ice in the winter CDM5GO 01-14-2008, 12:14 PM Shoveling snow is not as bad as breaking ice in the winter I didn't think scotch would last long enough in your glass to allow the ice to stick together. tpattison 01-14-2008, 12:19 PM I didn't think scotch would last long enough in your glass to allow the ice to stick together. :lol:lol:lol No alcohol last that long for Lee. Oh and if he's got that much ice in a glass of scotch he needs to be shot. CDM5GO 01-14-2008, 12:20 PM :lol:lol:lol No alcohol last that long for Lee. Oh and if he's got that much ice in a glass of scotch he needs to be shot. That's what I figured, but I couldn't think of anything else pithy to say. LoveLEE143 01-14-2008, 12:34 PM I like to enjoy my scotch and don't go chugging it like a drunken UGA frat boy. After all I am a gentleman. But give me a PBR I will slam it down. Speaking of PBR I should get dressed and go to "the office" zeit00 01-14-2008, 12:35 PM I like to enjoy my scotch and don't go chugging it like a drunken UGA frat boy. After all I am a gentleman. But give me a PBR I will slam it down. Speaking of PBR I should get dressed and go to "the office" You need to quit referencing "the office".. Bastard! I would join you if it did not mean coming back to the office smelling of cigars. LoveLEE143 01-14-2008, 12:49 PM Yes that is the one bad thing about Ash the ventilation system there sux. You leave smelling like a coal miner. But Highland is not in walking distance. tpattison 01-14-2008, 01:03 PM Yes that is the one bad thing about Ash the ventilation system there sux. You leave smelling like a coal miner. But Highland is not in walking distance. Highland's ventilation system isn't what it used to be. It's better than Ash though for sure. BTW are you going to the CAO event at Highland Wednesday? You had your days mixed up it wasn't last week it's this week. LoveLEE143 01-14-2008, 01:28 PM OH, it depends on how my day goes. vern320i 01-14-2008, 02:16 PM No alcohol last that long for Lee. Oh and if he's got that much ice in a glass of scotch he needs to be shot. What is this ice and scotch mixed drink of which you speak? Can't say I've ever had my scotch with anything except a glass. PrinceE30 01-14-2008, 02:23 PM So, Bill driving back with snow in his truck is the source of all this talk of it "snowing" in ATL this week? tpattison 01-14-2008, 02:26 PM What is this ice and scotch mixed drink of which you speak? Can't say I've ever had my scotch with anything except a glass. If anything I might have 1 or 2 ice cubes to mellow the taste out but that's rare. 99% of the time I drink my scotch neat. Lee is the one who likes his scotch watered down. Jack on the other hand he chugs straight from the bottle like Bocephus. M3Bill 01-14-2008, 02:43 PM So, Bill driving back with snow in his truck is the source of all this talk of it "snowing" in ATL this week? I just saw that on the AJC site...WTF? I can't get away from this crap. :confused CDM5GO 01-14-2008, 02:45 PM I just saw that on the AJC site...WTF? I can't get away from this crap. :confused Pleeeeeze....there is more snow in the back of your truck than will fall here. :( M3Bill 01-14-2008, 02:53 PM Pics from earlier when there was about 6" on the ground. It is amazing how quickly they have the roads clear... p.s. These were taken on my cell phone, so the quality sucks. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v203/m3bill/snow3.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v203/m3bill/snow2.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v203/m3bill/snow1.jpg LoveLEE143 01-14-2008, 03:11 PM Pretty decent pics from your cell phone. And it depends on the scotch if I like it with ice. Almost all 10 years have to ice, 15 years olds most of them. Most scotch over 15 years I don't normally have ice. Sparc_it 01-14-2008, 04:36 PM Bill, I thought you were a baller, get yo ass on a plane. Driving from GA to NE FTMFL. (I have done it a few times too..) I drinks Scotch and whiskey neat. M3Bill 01-14-2008, 11:06 PM Bill, I thought you were a baller, get yo ass on a plane. Driving from GA to NE FTMFL. (I have done it a few times too..) The situation didn't allow for flying this time....needed flexibility of ingress and egress. DessicatorGC 01-14-2008, 11:53 PM :lol:lol i heard they have a pill that can help with that ;) sorry that one was just sitting on the tee :stickoutt |
