IMO, this is a classic argument to the value of an M. Low miles, solid condition. Don't want to hijack this thread however, but another M was similar and the seller wanted $14k and it got everyone all unsettled.

M's are a M-ystery in the M-arketplace.

Yes, all vehicle in our area are marked by this now. No need to worry though. This car was located in Baton Rouge at the time and now its in Lafayette. Neither was affected by the waters from Kartrina, only the population and crime changed.

How hard was it hit that you replaced the bumper, right fender and hood?

Reasoning of painting the driver's door? What else has been painted in the past - are VIN's in place on all other panels?

Was the old headliner sagging or soaking - haha -jk.

Not sure how hard, but the hood was damaged on the end, it was cheaper for me to replace, but it would still close normally. In Fact, I put the new hood on the car before I had the nose panel and passenger fender replaced and it closed fine and everything lined up. the driver's side REAR door was backed into by her neighbor. the body shop pulled the dent and repaired it. As far as I'm aware all VIN numbers should be there. Old headliner was sagging.

As asked earlier ...

I have no previous owner records. The last owner told me she had the radiator changed, but she had no receipt. (I believe her father paid for it) The only "maintenance" I have done is change the microfilter, oil, and I did a complete brake job. I have all the receipts for this.
