Yea, I heard about this a while ago. Congrats and goodluck. I'll most likely meet you at MO. Auberlen/Alhadeff will be a hell of a combo. Don Salama/Bryan Ortiz should be a good pair too.

No Laguna race! Because SJGP was taken away, CHAMP is going to Laguna the date G-A was booked on... or at least that's what I was told. Its not on the lineup for sure though. The closes to the good coast we get is Utah!

I really hope this is not true. Seca's site and the GA site show DP and Production cars at Seca, and I'm planning to switch my annual Monterey pilgrimage to the GA race, as we've done ALMS in October the last two seasons, but we get to see those guys at Long Beach now. The Seca site does show Cart there the same weekend, but it sounds like you're saying it will be only Cart??

The 2008 season-opener will air Saturday, February 2 at 8 p.m. ET. Other races on the air in 2008 are the Memorial Day contest at Lime Rock Park (airing May 31 at 8 p.m. ET), followed by the ST feature at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course (June 28, 1 p.m. ET), the GS feature at Barber Motorsports Park (July 26, 5 p.m. ET), and combined races at New Jersey Motorsports Park (September 7, noon ET) and Miller Motorsports Park near Salt Lake City (September 27, 8 p.m. ET).

I'll be down at daytona this weekend too... maybe I'll bump into you guys in the garages
