On the bottom of the radiator (drivers side) there appears to be a drain plug. I say "appears" because it's missing and all the fluid drained out :mad

Can someone confirm how it normally attaches? I don't feel any threads in the hole.

Hoping the plug can be replaced vs having to buy a whole new radiator.

Thank you in advance.

I'm not sure of the answer but I am having my radiator replaced on a 02 525i and if you can use the plug out of it I will call to get it and mail it to you.

Thanks for the info, local dealer has one in stock. Hopefully that will get me up and running by end of day.

Thank you,

Chris

so to remove the radiator plug.. you push up and turn ? so this is all done by hand ? dont need any pilers ?
