A few memebers on here have been asking for new pics of my car.

It's a '02 Topaz Blue 530i/5 speed/black interior w/ black trim also and no sun roof.

Newest mod is two 8" Focal Audio subwoofers in my rear deck with a Kenwood amp I had laying around, new headlights and I painted ,my brake calipers black a month or so ago.

Waxed the poor girl yesterday too

Mods as of now for thoes who did not see my previous thread include
- H&R Sport springs
- B&M Race Short shifter(it's loud)
- K&N filter
- Royal Purple engine oil
- bi-weekly mix of 93 octane & 100 octane = 98 octane (1/4 tank of 93 and rest of 100)
- TMS Drilled rotors/Axxis pads/Braided lines/ATE Fluid
- Exhaust Resonators removed(one after cats and V one, just left rear muffler on, sounds great)
- X3/X5 rear turn signal bulbs
- LED fender market lights
- "BBS" Center caps for my Style 42's
- Sylvanina SilverStar Ultras
- Blacked out front grill

Just get a stock DSP sub cover and cut the holes out. You should be able to get one from the dealer for cheap. The car looks f*ckin beautiful man! Nice work.

I tried. Subs are too big. I'll just make one out of some light wieght material. I need it to be sealed too. Thanks for the suggestion!

And thanks =) I can't wait to get the M tech kit and the 18" style 42's. I was really thinking of Rial Daytona Race's...but I see they weigh like 31lbs each or something crazy!

No sir. I wish. My orginal ones were broken, so the dealer I work for gave me new ones. I am going to be installing aftermarket xenon kit in them later on.

Do you have the H&R Sports on your OEM shocks or are the shocks aftermarket too? I have an 02 530i and was thinking about adding the H&R Sports to my OEM shocks. I'm going to run 19's though.

Yes sir, they call it GoodWill. I really wanted Euro ones...but I don't condone taking advantage of something like that when it's being given to you.

check out the meguiars stuff in the beige bottles

autozone/target/walmart they all sell it

its better stuff than the gold class and will yield better results especially on your color...you can really get it to pop with some of their higher end stuff (in the beige bottles)

Might do Staggerd 18" Style 42's first or Rial Daytona Race wheels(if they in fact weight 31lbs each, then no go for them, I'll stick with my Style 42's in 18)

If I do M Tech bumpers, I'll need to do an exhaust...and it'll be a 3", which will lead me to the insanity of my turbo build.

Yes on stock shocks. Ride's amazing. I'm going to Bilstien Sports soon though.

Sell them, they are pretty mint minus some clear coat deep scratches in the lip from the previous owner, I will try to buff them out sooner or later.

why is your short shifter loud...?

Race version. No isolation from the driver to transmission internals and the stock plastic knob amplifies the syncros noise. If you want quiet, the B&M street version is for you, it's got isolation for the noise.

Yea the Rials are very heavy but look great. Keep an eye on M5board they often have great deals on used wheels.

The Focals sound great, they need a box built around them, then I'm going for Focals in the doors sooner or later. After the turbo build.

how big are those subs? i was thinking about doing something like that.. and maybe seeing if it coule be hidden somehow below the rear deck or make a nice cut out for it... but i was thinking about a bigger sub.. i might just build a box like the bsw one that mounts though..

Your headlights look to be in better shape than mine, have you polished them? What did you replace the resonators with? Also, check out how sweet our cars look with the I.C.E. v2 Angel Eye upgrade :thumbup:
