I am buying a CPO 2005 M3 with 34k miles on the odometer in the spring/summer 2008. With it I am going to extend the 4yr/50k maintenance coverage to 6yr/100k.

Does the CPO warranty cover rear subframe failure?

The bmwusa website is very comprehensive on what the CPO warranty covers and doesn't but there is no mention on the rear subframe. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with this?

What is the Brake Maintenance interval under the Extended Maintenance Coverage? Do you have to wait for the brake maintenance light to come on before they will service it and is there a limit to how many brake maintenance repairs you can have while under the maintenance plan?

Thanks!

You have to wait for the light to come on... and there is no limit to it.
