So somebody put some light scratches in my car somehow. Is there anywhere good I could take it in downtown ATL to get the scratches buffed out or whatever? I don't think it should be too time consuming or expensive. It makes me pretty pissed off, so thanks for the help.

get some swirl remover it takes out many scratches in the clear coat.

Try bringing your fingernail over the paint. Rule of thumb is if you can feel the scratch, it needs paint.
