So we just purchased our first BMW X3 preowned and my wife loves the car. So we want to know how the name "Bimmer came about". I love driving it too, but really like my VW 1.8Turbo. I am a diehard VW person since 1969 and judge the largest VW/Audi show in the US titled "Waterfest". If we could, I would purchase a new X3 now. Great size, not too big or small and just drives great! Dealer has been excellent so far. Denvill BMW in NJ.

So let us know about the Bimmer name.

ya i agree i took my bmw to waterfest but left it at the hotel cause i didnt wanna leave it in public parking, even if its not judged maybe just a seperate section for bmw's inside the show area

i thought h20 was the biggest audi/vdub meet in the US?

zasada i remember that sign at h2o, did u see that camo corrado that destroyed his car on one of them , then after that they put that sign up

ya this part year was my first time at show n go, waterfest and h2o and they were great wont miss another one
