Has anyone installed a Cobra Suzuka GT with Cobra side mounts and VAC floor mount? I'm not sure if the door will close. I measured...but still uncertain. The shoulder wings are my concern. The interior door panels will remain on the door. I dont have the seats/side mounts/floor mounts yet.

If anyone is using the EvoSport mount, I'd be interested in your input.

Help Please.

Yes that combo works. Almost all the popular wide seats fit but its real close. You'll have to mount it as close as possible to the trans tunnel.

The ones I saw were VAC mounts and I think Tiato has the same setup too w/ VACs.

+2 Combo Works. Have exact set up in my car.

Witht the Cobra side mounts and vac plates, the seat is offset 1" to the left of wheel center. Not a biggie as I adjusted immediately.

Also, the cobra mounts will need some filling to elongate the mounting holes to match up more closely with the VAC holes.

Dont let this scare you as any type of fixed back seat is never a perfect mounting fit.

Ill try to dig up some pix.

16" VAC or 20" VAC mounts?

I'm 6'1", 165lbs, 33 waist.

Evosport mounts get you closer to the trans tunnel.

My best friend as the regular Suzuka for the DS and the GT for the PS in his '97. The only difference is that he did not install the sliders in the PS I think for clearance issues. It fits fine with the complete interior, however it is tight.

(Yes, he does have the Cobra mounts and VAC plates)

I've got the Suzuka GTs on both driver and passenger side.

Drivers side is VAC mounts, Corbeau universal sliders and Cobra aluminum side mounts. Drivers side is centered on the steering wheel (which took a lot of work to do).

Passenger side is mounted directly to the floor via an E-bay seat mount w/o sliders.

Thanks for the order!

As Nick stated, ours WILL get you closer to the center of the car then anything else. Also, the driver and passenger are interchangeable, so you don't have to buy a left and a right unit!

thanks
