Turner Motorsport chip: sold
-the chip number is 4131-3002, it is tuned for the euro HFM with STOCK 17lb injectors on 1/95+ M3 and is the anti-knock chip. This setup transformed my 95 M3, it is hands down the best upgrade on an OBDI M3.

ECIS reducer: sold
-this is a quality aluminum reducer, not the cheap plastic reducer sold with most sets. Is used to connect the euro HFM.

413 DME: $200 shipped
-functioning silver label DME found on 1/95+ OBD1 95 M3's, includes stock chip

No chips work only on OBD1, you would need a software injector type deal.

The turner chip I have is not programmed to disable EWS, it is for stock injectors and the 3.5 HFM.

I have a working 413 DME (silver label) with a stock programming chip, that came out of a 95 M3. As for disabling EWS, you can do that also by cutting wires 1 &3 on the EWS harness.......run a search on here on how to do it.
