I bought this car at the beginning of November, I found a good deal on an M3, and if I can sell this, I will but the M3, if not it will stay. I intended on buying an M3 from the beginning, but I fell in love with this car when I drove it.

The car has the M3 Bumper, moldings, and rear bumper, as well as other ///M goodies, these are not aftermarket. In order to sell cars in 1999 before the new E46's came out, BMW put these pieces on some 328's.

The car is VERY clean, never tracked, clean carfax, etc. great daily driver.

Car History- First owner was a woman, in her 40's that drove the car till around 88,000 miles, stock. Then a forum member bought the car for around $15,000.00 about 2 years ago, did all the mods, drove it 20,000 miles. I bought the car (as stated, in early November), at 109,000. Since then the car has not changed except for new OEM front brakes, with mintex pads.

I have MANY service receipts, stock parts, etc.

Mobil One every 3,000 Miles, all its life.

Here are some pics-

I missed a spot when washing the car, that is not a blemish on the drivers side, I just wasent paying attention when I was washing her.

I bought the car for $11,000.00, I would like to get around 10,500.00, this is pretty much a feeler. (and I will do 9,500.00 with stock suspension)

Looks very, very clean. But what makes a 328 (albeit M-Tech) with 117k miles worth almost as much as, as much as, or more than a comparable M3 (depending on year, condition, etc.)?

KBB is 12,430. The car is the newest e36 out there, great condition (as you said) I have not seen a 99 M3 in this good of condition near $10,500.00. Yes, there are many M3's in the 9,000-11,000 range, but none are as new as this one in as good of shape. I understand where you are coming from, and I wouldnt be selling the car, but I have a little more money now, found a perfect M3, and Im selling my car, for less than what I got it for 2 months ago, with new brakes.

Im not sure what the maintenance per year is, as I have only owned her for about 2 months, but I can check the records I have if you'd like. what plastic parts do you mean?

Has any of the 100K mile maintenance been done on this yet i.e. the radiator replaced or the water pump, etc? I am only going from what I have been reading… Thanks
