If not, can someone recommend a 4-channel amplifier in this price range please?

The amplifier will be powering boston pro's 5.5's or JL Audio's XR 5.25's and rear fill 6x9's.

i have the 500X, the 2002 model. very capable amp. no overheating or anything and i have the gain way up!

i second that the rockfords r rock solid.... becarefull i dont think rockford warranties online sales but the company that is selling the product may have there own version of a warranty

listen rockford has just come out with there new amps they just added a 1 to each amp 500x i can sell for $245 with 1 year warrenty let me know but on the subject rockford has one of the strongest amps on the market if you ask me i use only rockford amps . and they last have great sound to them with not much distortion . i say get it email me at gregoe9@yahoo.com if you are interested in buying rockford fosagte stuff from me i carry6 everything there is from them . hope i was of some help
