im just about done with my e36 and looking to move on to a e60. im looking at a 2004 545i. it has 24k miles and is automatic. any known issues other then the active steering and transmission jerk? any reason why i shouldnt get the first year of the e60? please let me know. i did a search but didnt come up with enough info to help me decide.

I would also like to hear more about the first year 545i.
