With this nice weather we've been having I have decided to see if anyone is interested in a meet next Saturday at Sherwood Island in Westport.

If I show up expect my car to be on the 16" winters and filthy, because that's sadly how it lives a lot of the winter months. Maybe if I get excited ill take it to a car wash friday, but that's asking a lot since the washes around here are aweful

yes the meet is still on unless i post otherwise. i will check the weather friday and make the call.

Theres a really good restaurant 5 minutes away from the meet location called SBC (Southport Brewing Company) that makes their own great tasting beer in huge vats on site in the dining area and has some pretty decent food too. If it's raining Saturday we are moving the meet to their parking lot and have lunch there!

Yeah SBC is one of my favorite places in the Fairfield area. Great food, even better beer.

I'm pretty sure I'm going up to the mountains on saturday bc all my gear is supposed to arrive by tomorrow. If it changes I'll show, otherwise maybe one of the next weeks?

I have the IR E46M. Tint all the way around with black out features. Normally I roll with the Volk's, but it is back to the stock 18"s for the winter. I work in Stamford on Canal Street, I am always around town.

The meet is ON. If the weather is bad we will still meet in the Sherwood parking area at 12PM then move to SBC for lunch at 1PM. Reservations are made, even if the weather is bad you can still come out for lunch at 1PM.

MEET AT 12PM, Sherwood Island State Park, 1 Sherwood Island Lane, Westport, CT 06880. Exit 18 off I-95.

When you drive past the toll booths (no toll, free in the off-season) continue going straight in, all the way to the pavilion and continue driving around the traffic circle, then pull into the first open parking area on the right (with the ocean to your rear and right sides).
Do not pull into the first lot on the right before the circle, this is the lot near the pavilion and it's usually crowded and the pavement is in bad shape. We will not be there in that lot.

IF YOU COME LATE and no one is at Sherwood Island, we will be at Southport Brewing Company, 2600 Post Rd, Southport, CT (203) 256-2337.

I expect to be up at the mountains unless fedex and ups both screw up with my deliveries today and dont accept the notes I left for them. If that's the case ill be pissed too.

Well I got face down ass up drunk last night at a friends birthday party, I totally forgot about that when I said id go :( unfortunatly I am home trying to not be so hung over right now and getting to work somehow. I hope for those who went it was a fun time. Sorry I couldn't go and meet peeps, I really wanted to but hope the good weather and good times were had by all.
