I will soon be selling our X5 4.6iS. It's black on black with 76k on it at the moment. Right now I do not have any pics (camera is broken!!) but I will post them shortly or can get them faster upon request if needed.

Mechanically, the vehicle is very sound. The transmission was just replaced by a BMW dealer because it was making a loud whining noise intermittently when driving. It shifted fine, but we weren't happy with the noise it made. Obviously it was very expensive to replace. This is a performance transmission with a higher stall rate and different internal components/programming than the 4.4i model. We made the choice to replace it regardless of cost and operating characteristics. Most of the work done on the vehicle has been performed by a BMW master technician and it has always been dealer serviced. All maint. services were performed, including the Inspection II maint. service around 60k. All recommended work was always performed in a timely manner at the dealer. This car has been well taken care of it's whole life. Service history is available upon request. There are currently no warning lamps on in dash and most recent maint. svc. was performed not long ago.

I will include a set of 18" wheels with snow tires for winter use in addition to the factory 5 spokes included in the sale price.

Exterior I would rate as an 8/10 for two reasons. The left front fender has 3 small nicks in the paint, all of which are approx. 1/8 of an inch in diameter. They could easily be touched up and I'll probably be doing that myself soon anyways. They look like small stone chips that you would see on the hood of a car, the panel is not dented or damaged. Also, the drivers side headlamp accumulates moisture inside on occasion but the light functions properly with no bulb failure indicators or anything like that on in the dash as a result. Otherwise, the car is clean and the condition is as expected with 76k on the odo.

Interior I would rate as a 9/10. There are no issues inside, just 76k worth of use. The leather is in good condition with no holes or tears and really no bad wear marks to show.

We are asking $28,900 obo. The car will be completely detailed inside and out prior to purchase. I'm open to shipping the car but the buyer must make the arrangements to do so. I'd also be willing to personally deliver the car for a small price and a plane ticket home. This car will not disappoint! Please feel free to PM or email me with any questions you might have.
