So I got this CATALYST warning on my maintenance bar. I cant have it fixed for another week but til then I still drive it. There is this annoying bell that goes off when Catalyst blinks on my dash. Is there any possible way I can disable this bell? A fuse or maybe a wire connection? Any help would be appreciated before I kick the crap out my dash in anger lol. Thanks!

the bell is located on the kick panel under the steering wheel

just take out a couple of screws (shouldnt be hard) from under the kick panel and disconnect the speaker bell

it should be obvious

so the next time the error shows, it would just show up as the error and the bell noise would be eliminated
