109k miles, clean/clear title in hand, never in an accident.
Fully loaded including cd changer,driver memory package and heated seats. Newer radiator/water pump. BRAND NEW shocks and rear endlinks. Only thing this car needs are front brakes and possibly a windshield(small crack in it) and price is set accordingly. Priced under NADA "low" value and its condition would rate "very good"

EDIT: Car has new front brakes/rotors. Also was inspected by local BMW dealer and passed with flying colors.
