I've needed only to do oil changes since owning the car (since August, I believe), aside from what it needs now as described in the original post. I did the oil changes myself (Mobil 1) and was unable to obtain records from the previous owner. The carfax is spotless, though, and it runs smoothly and starts up perfectly even in the cold. I will be doing another oil change and detail prior to the sale :)

That's because it's a dealership. You can't actually buy a 2000 with 118k for $6500 - I guarantee they get at least $10k for it - I sold used BMW's before.
