No, it's a four-spoke steering wheel. The instrument cluster has about 115,000 miles, iirc.

The speakers have a lable on them that says Nokia. The round part is 5" in diameter. There's a lot of numbers on the back, but my best guess as to which one is the part number is 65.13-8.375.081. It could also be 49104 30154/03.
