hi guys
i am new member, but hope someone can help me.
The other day i forgot my car running. needless to say, it ran out of gas and drained the battery.
to make long story short, it doesn't start any more. has gas, battery is fully charged, but it doesn't even click. i can jump the starter (under hood) and it works. all lights on the dash are on, all fuses are good and i'd hate to go to a dealer ($100 an hour), plus towing.
one more thing, i have another car (same year), for parts, but don't know what to change.

If you do OBC test #9 (with the engine NOT running and ignition in POSITION 1)...what reading do you get for the battery's voltage?

(BTW, you have unlocked your OBC, right?)
