how much do these rims weigh?
and where can i get replicas?

~24lbs front, 25lbs rear.

I don't think they produce/sell enough MZ4s for anyone to seriously want to make replicas of them.

Going by the fact that the person doesn't have a Z4M, I'd say they were looking for replicas that would fit their car, and were wondering what the weight difference might be since reps are frequently heavier than OEM.

The 5-star double-spoke is a common design for BMW (I think some E46s, E39s, and E38s have them). You might be able to find an older OEM wheel with your offsets that looks similar if you like the style.
