Im getting a motor from a 95 318ti, I have a 94 318is. I beleive he has an OBD2 while I have the OBD1. Is this possible?

Will the computers have to be modified? Is this gonna cost a lot more than it normall would?

I apprecaite any replies! Im supposed to buy a motor tomorrow!

only real differences is the coolant temp sensors OBD1 has 2 OBD2 has 1
other than that just different sensors and places where they mount them
and intake manifold had more to it than a m50 one
i highly doubt he converted the OBD1

if he is the who obd1 conversion shouldnt be more than 350 if you know what your doing
