How do I remove headlight assembly on 03 Z4. I have lots of water in light assembly after bulb replacement. Must have not sealed back properly after bulb replacement.

I got misting in mine after replacing the bulbs, but it stopped after a while. If you want to remove the entire headlight, you have to remove the front bumper.

This is more than misting. I don't want to remove the bumper. Sounds like a big job to remove bumper?

I've never done mine, but from what I've heard it's more an awkward job than a difficult, due to clambering around under the car releasing the fasteners and removing something so bulky.
