well i recenty sold my 95 turbo M3. wanted something that was a better daily driver and quiet and also wanted something to help build my credit. bmw had a special before the year end on all 06 models with 4.9% apr and i was able t talk down from 39,995 to 36,000 flat plus tax.

the car hasa 22,512 miles currrently and since its a CPO car it has the 100,000 warranty along it the 50,000 mile maintance plan as well.

at first i was not really too fond of geting into a 525 having the lowly 2.5 engine and really wanted a 545 or 550 but this car came with a lot of options.

2006 Alpine white 525i with some pumpkin colored leather interior that i can not find on bmws website

Premium package
Sport Package
Steptronic auto transmission
comfor access system
Xenon headlights
Navigation
Voice activation
Sattelite radio

this new technology was all new to me it took me almost 10 min to figure out how to start this car then one of the porters showed me to press the brake pedal and then push the engine start button.

all of these nice features kind of made me feel a bit over whelmed at first especially the i drive system.

well on to the pix. hopefully after a year or 2 of making on time payments with thie car will improve my credit so that i can trade it in towards something more sporty.

oh in one of the frontal pix there is a small hole in the ront buper the dealer agreed to repair or replace the bumper at no additional cost before i sealed the deal, just have to bring it back in as it was 8:30pm new years eve by the time we finished all the paper work.

It's a great looking car and the mileage is very low for a 2006. Have you figured out all the gadgets?
I don't have a 2006 brochure but looking at the 2007 brochure the color of the interior might be called Auburn. I am sure the dealer can pull up the original specifications for the car.
They will probably replace your bumper. If the damage is a puncture that goes through the plastic they usually replace it, at least that is what my insurance agent told me when I was rear-ended at a stop light. But that will be good to get the front bumper repaired or replaced since they will be able to take care of any rock chips in the bumper at the same time. Inspect the bumper closely and request they paint the entire bumper if it is not replaced.
Good luck.

nice pickup! i just got a cpo 06 525i a couple of days ago, after having an e36 too. mine is pretty much just like yours: low mileage good price sport premium but no nav. are you going to be doing anything to it in terms of looks? id be interested to hear what you have planned. im not going to be able to do anything to my car any time soon, but i want to plan for it.
