I just bought a nice running `95 530i and the factory AM-FM casette is not working, radio or casette.When I turn the volume button on some of the lighting goes on but there is no digital display or sound.If I push a button there will be a little beep noise.Also it will not take a casette if it is pushed in.How are these radios removed? Thanks

flip the small tabs open on the left and right of the radio. Use a 2 mm allen and unscrew the screws to pull out the radio.

BTW, technically they're not 2 mm allen screws, but without the special tool, it will work fine. just angle it a little and it will grip the screws.
