It's big but worth it, from last month's SCDA day at Lime Rock

Crank up the volume:evil2

Very good film! I liked the Porsche's exhaust that flamed :) The camera work and editing were great.

What codec did you use to compress your movie? It was very sharp and the coloration was accurate. On mine they don't look that good...

The compression codec is Sorensen 3, I used cleaner6 to process

How'd that Radical get around the track? I find myself really wanting one (and definitely not getting one anytime soon).

I like the Elise, too. Hope they hurry up and come over here, although they don't really seem like daily driver material.

Lotus Elise? :)

Actually that was an Exige (hard top version with a roof and a wing). I looked like it would be a great car for the track. For esthetic reasons I used the shots where I was held up by traffic and the Exige pulled up behind. On a clear track I got away from it quickly, I'm sure that was more driver related than anything else.

The Radical is clearly a great toy, to give you an idea of speed, my best time around LRP was 1:05 (s54 M Coupe). I clocked the Rad at :59 flat....'nuff said.:chix

Nice. Didn't notice the details on the lotus, but going back you can see the roof scop and the wing peeks out once or twice. I'm surprised you could walk away from the Exige, too, but the s54 m coupe is pretty damn fast. The guy at dpcars.net, who has a worked elise and an m coupe, seems to think the latter is quicker than the former, too. If gran turismo 3 can be believed, the elise variants can be a bit of a handful, so maybe that's it.

I wonder how hard that Radical was pushing it, too? Nice cars...

Again, I think it was a driver issue. There's no way I should be able to corner faster than a Lotus especially when at 9/10ths
