A cop just removed a huge toy box from that Nissan and was carrying it like there was nothing in it, so I'm assuming it was full of drugs.

Then a guy from the apartment was taken away in cuffs in a Chrysler with PA plates. I can only guess that he's a fugitive from PA on drug-related charges, and that's why the FBI guy was there.
