Yes and no.
You might have aftermarket suspension that is lower than the normal stock suspension.

Also, if you're on an incline with the parking brake on, the uphill end will be a little lower than usual.

Mine sits pretty low too, for a stock non-sport suspension.

if it has sport with a different wheel it should still have sport seats and 17" M Rims

Yeah, 17" wheels are stock. I have 17s, but not the sport package.

thats all i've ever heard in the past as well. sport package is more than just the suspension, the suspension was made standard after a while, probably cutting costs, much cheaper to only produce 1 suspension for the 3's

From bimmerfest (I assume it's similar):

"Q: The sport package has a stiffer suspension. Does this make the ride harsh? (Note: Coupes and 330i's (now) come standard with sport suspension)
A: The suspension is stiff, but the balance between ride comfort and stiffness is perfect. The sport seats are also very comfortable. I have never seen a post on bimmer.org where someone regretted getting the sport package (although there have been many that wish they had!)."

Best post in this thread - no guesswork or relying on Internet (mis)information required. BMW NA can also tell you the factory options.

There should be ride height measurements in the Bentley manual. Check your car's ride height against those numbers to see if you have the sport suspension.
