Only happens when someone is sitting in the front passenger seat. The heavier the person the more pronounced the noise. Going over bumps and braking seem to make it happen. Control arm bushings possible?

possibly.......but there is no clunking when you dont have passengers? maybe the passenger seat itself?

No clunking w/o passenger. I've checked the seat and it is very secure with not clunking when shaking it firmly. I read somewhere that the passenger side control arm bushings are usually the first to go for some reason.
