I don't think there's such thing as break fluid.

If you're referring to brake fluid, the reservoir is under the microfilter housing on the firewall on the left side of the car. and if you've got a 2006 E60, you have no reason to top off the brake fluid. there's no way it will be low unless it's leaking.

You were 100% right i didn't need to top it up i took the car to to a B.M.W dealer who check out the car it was the sensor on the break fluid bottle that was making trouble with the car
