a piece of the plastic on one of the tails is slightly broken.. not a biggie because you can't see it anyway.

I believe they are oem, they were on the car when I purchased them.

Just look for the BMW stamped logo. :)

Exactly, the OEM clears have stamped BMW logos on the lens.

ahhhhhhh, i was looking for a stamp on the back side, let me check the front when I get home, i honastly do not know if they are oem, IMO I don't think it matters, they look good and they function great, i coulda sworn they were oem, but i will find out for sure!
