Thought I'd share this. When I posted my original kill story I'd forgotten about this one. My brother in law got his Dakar 95' (RIP) 6 days before I got my Avus 95'. My car has cams, throttle body, and Euro MAF. His car had CAI, Dinan software, full suspension and it also had 190K on it. He unbeknownst (?) to me told all of our mutual friends how his car was so much faster than mine. Meanwhile, the chance to run each other never came while the story grew bigger. Then one day we happened to end up at a light together with an open highway ahead. He revved his motor a little and I thought game on. The light turned and we broke even. At the top of first I had 1/2 CL on him. At the top of second I had 1 1/2 CL on him. By 100 I had 4 1/2 CL's on him and suddenly his car became "pretty quick for the miles" and all the talk stopped. And finally I didn't have to hear it anymore.

I think I'm in the neighborhood of 275 bhp. It can break tires loose at 100. And I think I'm alot faster than a car w/ almost 200k.

Miles don't really have a huge impact on these cars, provided they were properly (religiously) maintained. Otherwise, all bets are off. But I think your mods are definitely what is giving you the advantage here.
