these panels are very nice, considering bmw's little manufacturing problem, anyhow the ds front and both rears are excellent, the pass side front needs a touch of work, but is definitely passable (see the pics, i have more pics so email me if you want,) asking 400+ shipping but am very flexible (well a little flexibla, and no i wont break up the set, sorry happy holidays, J

kick panels as in what cover the front speakers down by the foot area? i am selling everything so those are good to go too, the ds one has a crack on the dead pedal area but is still nice, make an offer if interested or PM or AOLIM me to talk more about it

no offense dude, but your asking a little more that most are willing to pay for panels, most Ive seen go for about 200 for good condition. thats just the fronts though
