What else would someone need to make this a working turbo on a stock 323

the rest of a turbo kit and tuning

I just won a GT3071 on ebay and got screwed. Please tell me you still have this turbo I have been looking for a GT3076 and with a .63 AR and I googled it on you poped up. Please tell me you still have this turbo. Will you take $700. Im so broke now cause the last turbo I won the guy never sent me. I am alittle confused so is this the CRHA of the GT 30 with diffrent housings or whats the deal? Are the To4e housings? Oh by the way I dont even own a Bimmer this is going on a Volvo V70R. It is a gt3076r CRHA w/ a to4e compressor cover T3 .63a/r turbine housing. I got it with the to4e compressor cover to run a 2.5in inlet pipe instead of the 4in for clearance issues.

Sweet well if you will take 700 I will take it ASAP. This has no wastegate right?
