I tried searching the threads, but was overwhelmed, maybe somebody can give me a link, anyway, it came on and i set the time, then get in this morning and the time is wrong, and i couldnt get the date to lock in, any idea?

Go to the time, press the 1000, 100, 10, and 1 keys to get it to the right time, then press s/r, and you should be good to go.
