Just got a bunch of goodies installed on my M3 sedan.....it's finally sitting right and sounding correct....hehe....

If we get a cool pic with that shows off our stealth bulbs I'll donate a set to whoever needs them in the group of cars that show up, and we'll put your shot on the home page of our site.(with the photographer permission of course)

More importantly I've been meaning to get a cool shot of our new ASC OFF! T-Shirts (http://www.stealthauto.com/Products/ASC-OFF-T-Shirts-__SAM-ASC-.aspx). Wanted a cool pic to represent the t-shirt correctly! (if you know what I mean...)

I was thinkin' I wanted to have a cool pic of me doing donuts around a brave soul wearing the shirt and standing in the middle with his back to the camera (showing off the logo) and his hand up cheering......or something like that....maybe a shot of me drifting by a spectator, with the spectator in the foreground (therefore safely away from the 3000lbs slightly out of control car.) and the car almost out of focus in the foreground. A little depth of feild action....

We can have fun with it.

We'll donate a T-shirt to the photographer.....(we have ASC and DSC off shirts)

You think between the donuts/small drifts cops might come? or is this place pretty remote? I saw the burnout vid so I gather it's probably ok.

since its the harbor the security is kinda heavy in some places..we had a unmarked police interceptor follow us around..but they never said anything..i got stopped by the coast guard at another port and got questioned and they took all my info down..but i think we should be safe

I don't know if the purple car will be done, but if it isn't i will take you over to see it, the shop i am building it at is about 5 steps across the intersection we are meeting at, my plan for the day is to work on the car and then go to meet then back to work on the car lol.

As for your car i am going to need a ride that day lol, b/c as it looks like in your thread your car should be done :D. When you get yours done mabey i will post a thread on my car and the build, but i thought i should wait till your done .:dunno

On a another note tho we came back into possession of an RMS stage 2 car that we built. Long story but we may be able to bring it and i'll give ya a ride in it, we are glad to get it back.

yes it does require 3 exposures..you can use photoshop cs2/3 to do it..or photomatix

yeah i used a combination of photomatix and photoshop for the HDR...you can just make a layer and burn in areas and you can also mess around with the levels

Big day friday and we're gonna have some helping hands.

unfortunately I will not be able to make it. I feel bad for scheduling the photo shoot but I don't think my car will be 100% ready by 11am on Saturday morning. It will probably be running by tonight but I want to make sure its 100% before I drive it home from SD just in case I break down somewhere on the way back.

you guys can still do this shoot without me, I'm sure Marcus has already scouted out some good spots around LA harbor. I also noticed that there is 2 other major meets on the same day. the Cars and coffee meet and the Carsband drive meet, these might be alternative options for that day instead of this meet. so if you guys are down we can reschedule this till next weekend or we can just do a part 4 some other time. what do you guys think? I'm open for what ever.
