Does anyone in the Portland area have a set of roadstars from a Z3 M roadster/coupe that I could borrow for a second. I want to try on the back wheel to see if it will fit my car.

Thanks,
Cody

CODY: The rear Z3M wheels are 9.0X17ET8 (8mm offset) and will not fit well on your non-M Z3. The front Z3M wheels (7.5X17ET41) will fit on both the front and rear of your Z3 as your stock Style 18 wheels are all 7X16ET46 (46mm offset). The 41mm wheel will pull the wheel in about 1/4 inch. The only issue might be tire clearance on the lower spring perch depending on what size tire you mount. You'll probably have to go with a 225/45-17 tire although a 235/40-17 might clear the spring perch.
Putting an 8mm wheel on the rear will push the wheel out over an inch further than the 41mm offset wheel.
The challenge is finding four front wheels as most people don't want to break up a set.

Well the reason I was wanting to try one on is because I've seen (2) 2.8s with them on and the rear wheels stick out just a hair, but I have quite a bit of negative camber in the back so I thought it MIGHT clear the rear fender.
